• Digital downloads (e-books, guides, templates, etc.) are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
• If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

• Paid consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• If you elect to pay for services using a refund transfer or other bank product, all associated bank fees are non-refundable once initiated.
• CTS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or tax authorities.

• If an error is determined to be the fault of CTS, we will correct the return at no additional charge.
• If the error is due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, additional fees may apply, and no refund will be issued.
